Shipping Policy

DroneKart ships FPV drones, parts, radios, batteries, RC cars, fixed-wing parts and accessories to a global customer base. This page explains how we handle order processing, shipping and delivery expectations.

Order processing

Most stocked products are prepared for dispatch within 3 business days. Processing time can be longer when an item needs an additional stock check, supplier confirmation or split handling because of battery or oversized-package restrictions.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are shown during checkout based on the items in your cart and the destination country or region. Where available, eligible orders over $29 may qualify for free shipping.

Taxes and import charges

Store messaging and checkout are configured around clearer landed-cost expectations, including the current site promise that prices include import tax. Final carrier handling rules can still vary by destination, especially for remote areas, restricted products or special customs requirements.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided when the selected carrier and shipping method support it. Once available, tracking details can usually be reviewed through My Account or from the shipment confirmation email.

Delivery timing

Delivery times vary by destination, shipping method, customs clearance and carrier performance. FPV batteries, large packages and some radio products can require special routing, which may affect transit time.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address, contact email and any required phone details are correct before placing the order. Incorrect or incomplete address details can delay dispatch or create redelivery issues.

Split shipments

Orders containing different product types, battery items or stock from different supply paths may be shipped separately when needed. If this happens, the order can produce more than one parcel or tracking reference.

Shipping issues

If your shipment is delayed, tracking has not updated for an extended period, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us at dronkart@a.dronkart.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • The shipping destination
  • The affected product name or product link
  • Any tracking number you received
  • Photos if the issue involves damage or missing items
