We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Dronkart. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy. Please read below for more details on how to return or exchange your items.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
The request for a return or exchange must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.
The item must not be on our non-returnable list (such as customized or sale items).
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at support@dronkart.com to request a return or exchange authorization.
Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
Our customer service team will send you instructions for returning the item, including the return address.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Domestic Returns: If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning an item for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
International Returns: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for international orders, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for any applicable restocking fees.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, you must follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the replacement item. We do not cover the shipping cost for the exchange item unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect product.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Items that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer.
Customized or personalized products.
Gift cards.
8. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it and process a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process once the item arrives.
